Psychology / Forensic
Chaise Marie Gies, M.S., SUDP-T, has worked in the psychology and forensic field for several years. She has a Master’s degree in Forensic Psychology, along with a specialized license in Substance Use Disorders. Chaise’s clinical expertise provides her with a strong understanding of the co-occurrence of substance use and mental health challenges. Chaise has also worked a great deal with the legal system (juvenile and adult courts), and works closely with our forensic psychologists when mental health, DUI, and drug assessments are recommended. In addition, Chaise co-leads our IOP groups and conducts one-on-one substance use disorder assessments.
Chaise is passionate in working with youth and adults, and their families, who find themselves at these crossroads. Chaise is a member of the Association and Family Conciliation Courts (AFCC) and adheres to those evidence based interview and evaluation guidelines. When not in the office, Chaise enjoys riding her horses and hiking.
